Our company, Nolato Hungary Ltd., is part of the Nolato Group, which uses world-class machinery. We achieve high quality and customer satisfaction through the use of new technologies, innovation, a dedicated team of professionals, international orders and partnerships, and our group of companies is constantly evolving. Our industrial and clean room manufacturing plant produces medical and hygiene products, as well as medical devices.

We are constantly expanding our workforce, and 40 percent of our colleagues have been with us for more than five years. As a result, we are now one of the largest companies in the north-west of Hungary. The training, motivation and long-term commitment of Nolato employees is our main focus and we provide them with all the necessary support. Mass production takes place in air-conditioned halls in our 20-year-old facility, under excellent working conditions.

I'd like to apply as a machine operator. Do you organize any special recruitment days?

Yes, we regularly hold special recruitment days. These normally start with a presentation of the company, followed by a written test and finally an interview. We then select new employees based on the answers we receive at interview and the number of points they achieve on the written test.

What are employees’ work schedules at the company?

In most of our departments employees work continual 12-hour shifts, i.e. they work 3 days during the daytime, followed by 3 days’ rest and then continue with 3 days of night work. In some departments, it’s possible to work in the daytime only or on an eight-hour two-shift schedule.
