Nolato offers extrusion of medical-grade tubing with cleanroom production, as well as cut-to-length, tip-forming assembly of complete devices and other solutions.

We offer cleanroom extrusion of high-quality tubing in a wide variety of soft and rigid medical-grade materials.

Broad offering

Besides standard medical tubing, our service includes thin-wall extrusion, multi-lumen and co-extrusion. We are specialized in extrusion of extremely soft materials, often used for medical balloons.

We produce assembled intermittent catheters for urinary catheterization. The tubes and funnels can be made from a wide variety of materials including TPEs and TPUs.

We have developed extrusion technology for extremely soft materials. These tubes are mainly used for medical balloons. Medical balloons can be used in a wide variety of applications e.g. fecal incontinence.
