Job Responsibilities:

• Supplier development, evaluation & management according to company strategy 
• Establish & manage long-term supplier relationships with preferred suppliers.
• Agreement negotiation, such as Purchase Agreement, Non-disclosure agreement.
• Raw material and solution development with suppliers according to project requests.
• Arrange RFQ & samples according to project development stages.
• Negotiate for Commercial items, including Payment Terms, Price, MOQ, Leadtime etc.
• Drive supplier cost down with CBD analysis and alternative solutions/suppliers  
• Supply chain risk management, to ensure suppliers` output matching project requirements. 
• Conduct supplier audit, including new supplier & Strategic Supplier Annual Audit  
• Closely work with internal DED and Sales for project development  
• Continuously review supply base and closely work with internal team to improve delivery, quality, and service.

Academic Qualification:
• Degree in Business / Engineering or any related field.

Experience / Skill Required:
• Knowledge on generic mechanics and mechanics process/technologies 
• 5+years of relevant sourcing experience, engineering background is preferred.
• Keen on new applications and could explore supply chain possibilities fast.
• Experience in multinational companies
• Good command of Mandarin & English both in speaking and writing
