Conductive silver sponge

Our conductive fibre filled low density urethane sponge is available in a range of thicknesses from 1mm to 5mm.

Our conductive fibre filled low density urethane sponge is available in a range of thicknesses from 1mm to 5mm and can be supplied with or without a conductive adhesive (silver copper particle filled) on one face.

The material is highly conductive in all planes (X, Y, & Z axis) with a typical through resistance of <0.03W. It can be easily die-cut and is ideal for emi shielded connector gaskets or where a gap needs to be filled without high compression.

The silver conductive sponge is UL94 V-0 rated and RoHS compliant.

Usage note – For optimal performance the sponge should be compressed by 5%.
