Production Operator
- $17.50-$24.50 + s.p.
- Entry level or experience welcome.
- We typically have openings across 2nd, 3rd, or rotating 12 hour shifts.
- Working mostly independently, you’ll operate a high-tech injection molding machine, making precise plastic parts for our world-famous customers.
Process Technician
- $20.83-$34.57 + shift premium
- We typically have openings across 2nd, 3rd, or rotating 12 hours shifts.
- Use precise processes and tools to set up molds in a variety of machines.
- With your high standards in setting up our molds, our machines will run correctly and efficiently.
Process Engineer

- Rotating 12 hour shift with every other weekend off.
- Your role is the creative cornerstone of our operations. You come up with new ideas to make jobs run more smoothly. Then, you'll test your ideas with the help of our team. With the help of your role, our production teams can do their jobs well, and our business becomes more profitable.
Material Handler
- $17.75-$24.75 + s.p.
- Rotating 12 hour shift with every other weekend off.
- Work mostly independently to maintain plastic resin supply levels to meet each day’s production schedule.
Team Lead

FAQ
Do you have part-time positions?
Yes, our Production Operators work full-time or part-time.
Do I need experience?
It depends on the job. If you join us as a production operator, you don’t need experience (although having experience will help you start at a higher pay rate).
Who is eligible for benefits?
Full time employees are eligible for our healthcare benefits. However, any employee can take advantage of our fitness center, tuition reimbursement, and onsite clinic.
When do healthcare benefits begin?
Benefits for new hires, unless explained otherwise, will become effective on the first of the month after 30 days of employment.
