STANDARD PRODUCTS

Conductive silicone extrusions

Extruded conductive silicones are available as solid or hollow round, solid or hollow ‘D’ shape, ‘U’ channel, rectangular or solid or hollow ‘P’ shape extrusion profiles.

Extruded conductive silicones are available as solid or hollow round, solid or hollow ‘D’ shape, ‘U’ channel, rectangular or solid or hollow ‘P’ shape extrusion profiles. For these conductive particle filled silicone extrusions, being fitted into a correctly dimensioned groove or channel will provide the most effective sealing and EMI shielding performance. Fixing these gaskets in place with any form of conductive adhesive is not recommended as this is likely to have an adverse effect on the environmental sealing.
